By booking a service, placing an order, or handing over your motorcycle/scooter to NAARO Garage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our repair or maintenance services.
Initial quotes provided verbally, via WhatsApp, or on our website are estimates based on initial inspections. If additional defects, worn components, or required repairs are discovered during detailed disassembly, our technical advisor will seek your explicit approval before performing additional billable work.
NAARO Garage guarantees the use of genuine OEM spare parts and recommended lubricants. Specific component warranties (if applicable) are governed by manufacturer terms. Electrical components and consumable items (such as brake pads, oil, filters, and bulbs) carry standard wear-and-tear exceptions.
When availing of our pickup and drop service, customers must ensure the vehicle has adequate fuel for testing purposes. An initial vehicle condition job card (recording mileage, existing dents/scratches, and belongings) will be filled prior to transit. NAARO Garage is not responsible for personal items left inside storage compartments.
Payment is due in full upon completion of servicing and vehicle delivery. We accept Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Online Bank Transfers. Vehicles will be released only after invoice settlement.
Customers are requested to collect their vehicles within 48 hours of service completion notification. Vehicles uncollected beyond 7 days without prior notification may incur a daily storage fee per workshop policy.
NAARO Garage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or pre-existing vehicle mechanical failures that occur due to previous improper maintenance performed prior to arrival at our workshop.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable business laws in Surat, Gujarat, India.
